Processing
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates from the day your order ships. Deliveries can occasionally take longer during holidays, customs checks or busy seasons, and we appreciate your patience.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update. If you order more than one item, packages may arrive separately.
Customs and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll always do our best to help. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it.
